monet marigold

These have to be my most  f.a.v.o.r.i.t.e. colors all placed onto one skein of yarn.

But when you use the word 'monet' to describe a color combination, well --- that alone conjures up all sorts of softly hewed images.

The yarn is Red Heart in Monet.

And the marigold flower pattern is from here:

I used my I hook and just oohed and ahhed over these colors!

Super fast & super easy pattern.

How just one simple skein of very inexpensive yarn can become a fabulous, frou-frou flower....

...it's just so lovely!

Yes, it is so lovely! I have been a long time fan of 'monet'. I've used it in a couple of afghans for people and it is gorgeous. Enjoy your day! Twyla

I used your fabric flower tutorial and made some flowers from it. They are posted on my blog if you'd like to see them. :) Thanks for posting how you made yours!

Love the colors and the pattern also. Will see if I can find that pattern. Have looked for one so I could make all the ladies at the Senior Center one for Mother's Day. I haven't seen that color, will have to look for it also.

Am joining your blog.
